As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the “Big Ferris Wheel Ebisu Tower” at Don Quijote Dotonbori. 

[Mission] The vmission is to further disseminate the “Big Ferris Wheel Ebisu Tower”, a specialty of Don Quixote Dotonbori, one of the inbound explosives.

world’s first Ferris wheel that is unique to the Don Quijote Dotonbori store. Not only in Japan, but many customers from all over the world board the Ebisu Tower.

Currently, it is divided into operation and maintenance team and sales management team, but in the future it will be possible to become the leader of both teams and aim to be the general manager of the Ferris wheel business.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Work experience as a maintenance work at amusement facilities (roller coasters, ferris wheels, etc.) 

2. Field leader experience (regardless of subordinate’s guidance or training, etc.) 

3. Machine drawing 

Those who can understand and electrical drawings [Preferable] 

1. Those who can understand PLC (sequence) program 

2. Electrician, Hazardous materials handler (Class 4) 

3. Elevator inspection qualification, hydraulic regulator

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million to 7 million yen Monthly salary: 360,000 to 450,000 yen  * Determined based on sufficient consideration of ability, experience, previous salary, etc. 

* Because it is hired as a supervisor, it is considered to have worked for 8 hours and the overtime fee is included in the above. 

Salary revision twice a year (January / July), bonus award twice (July / December), commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen)
