Job Description

1. Contract-related business 

2. New business startup business (scheme review, contract creation, etc.) 

3. Organizational restructuring-related business (company establishment, merger, split, etc.) 

4. M & A related business (legal due diligence) 

( Including diligence and PMI) 5. Response to lawsuits and troubles (including the execution of small-scale litigation) 

6. General meeting of shareholders and secretariat of the board of directors 

7. Intellectual property related business (mainly trademarks) 

8. Commercial registration related Business 

9: Legal counseling

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

In the case of hiring as a manager, in order to become a supervisor, the annual 

salary includes 20 hours of late-night working hours twice a year (April / October).
