Job Description

We will leave the building constructionmanagement related to the overall construction of new construction, expansion,renovation and renovation as a field agent and supervision engineer.

For those who have sufficientskills as a field agent and supervision engineer, it is possible to play anactive role as a section manager from the time of hiring. 
Since it is a two-day work weekly holiday, every weekend,you can work with a private personality.


TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS

 Expected annual income: 8 million to 9 millionyen

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experienceand ability. 
Assumed monthly salary: 415,000 yen to 485,000 yen Salary 
increase: Once a year (January), Bonus: Twice a year (June / December),commuting and transportation expenses regulation payment 
<Monthly salary breakdown> 
Professional salary: 325,000-365,000 yen / month 
Job allowance: 90,000 yen to 120,000 yen / month
