Job Description

As the business expands, we will be recruiting for business development. 

How can I increase membership? How can we make a service that will satisfy our members? Use your knowledge and ideas to evolve your service! 

Because it is a site that is operated in-house, it has a high degree of freedom and is close to the president, so the speed from decision making to execution is fast. You can improve your skills along with the service by turning PDCA while watching the user’s reaction .

・ Progress management 

・ KPI setting (CRM, LTV, etc.), formulation of operation scheme 

・ Sales promotion design and operation based on CRM operation (coupon / point, special sale, etc.) 

・ New business Development 

1. About customers Customers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and EC operators with mail order functions that handle food, beverages, and consumer goods. 

2. About Products 

“Sample Department Store” is the largest sampling site in Japan, with more than 2 million members, mainly housewives and OLs. 

 Using the “pay sampling” sales promotion method, products are offered to users at lower prices than usual, and feedback is sent to support customer companies’ marketing activities. 

3. Sales method / process

 We will conduct a direct sales approach to customers who are interested in the “sampling” promotion method such as food / beverage / beauty / daily necessities. 

Taking full advantage of the EC * system, we will select products and negotiate with customers while capturing user needs according to the season.

* EC: An abbreviation for electronic commerce. 

To conduct electronic transactions such as contracts and payments electronically using networks such as the Internet such as online shopping.

・ Practical experience of CRM (plan / strategy planning / execution experience) 

・Experience in launching new business 

・ Experience in planning business strategy 

・ Experience in planning sales promotion campaign (point sales promotion, etc.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 7 million yen 

* The salary details will be determined based on experience and ability. 

■ Performance-based compensation (reviewed every six months / monthly salary * monthly / discretionary labor) 

* Overtime allowance equivalent to 35 hours is included in the monthly salary.

* The above will be paid regardless of overtime. 

Trial period 3 months (Whether or not to adopt this will be determined by comprehensive judgment during the trial period) 

Commuting allowance (actual payment, up to 50,000 yen per month).
