Job Description

Please lower the fish purchased on the day of cooking in the fresh fish section with a knife and process it into sashimi or fillet.

・ Cooking and serving according to customer’s request, packing, pricing 

・ Checking of product freshness and condition 

・ Office processing (inventory Confirmation)

Those who have experience handling fresh fish at supermarket fresh fish corners, fish shops, fish banks, markets, etc.
