Job Description

As a leader candidate, we will manage Rakuten Denki Customer Center and promote service improvement.

・ KPI management, resource optimization proposals

・ Cooperation / negotiation across multiple departments 

・ Customer center , Electric power company, internal business division, internal system, adjustment work 

with customers, escalation judgment work from customer center SV

[About “Rakuten Denki”] 

Launched in November 2018 “Rakuten Denki” is a power service for households. It is a new service that proposes new experiences to customers through the provision of electricity price menus at the industry’s lowest level and visualization of electricity usage. 

In the future, the scale of services will be expanded at a stretch by optimizing data utilization and efficient business operations. 

It has been well received since the start of pre-registration in October 2018, and since it is an extremely growing service, I think that you can feel the speedy development of Rakuten.

Hiring requirements

・ Customer center management experience 

・ Working experience over 5 years 

・ Number-based improvement proposals and execution experience 

・ Practical and management skills that can turn PDCA with speed and action 

・Ability to communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the company to promote the project

・ Basic skills in data collection and analysis.

Salary revision twice a year (June-December)

Selection process

Document selection → Primary interview: Department member → Secondary interview: General manager of the composition department → Third interview: Managing director → Appointment
