Job Description

First, you will focus on contract-related work, and eventually you will be involved in the following work. 

・ New business start-up operations (scheme review, contract creation, etc.) 

・ Organizational restructuring-related operations (company establishment, mergers, splits, etc.) 

・ M & A related operations (including legal due diligence, PMI) 

・ Litigation and trouble response (small amount) litigation, including the execution) and shareholders’ general meeting, the Board of directors of the Secretariat of the business and intellectual property rights-related business (mainly trademark) and commercial registration-related services, legal consultations, lawyers, etc., interaction with outside experts and regulations Maintenance

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

※ Monthly 77,000 yen as a fixed overtime of 45 hours (in the case of annual income $ 40,000) – a month 116,000 yen (in the case of the annual income of 5.4 million yen) to include the salaries paid (with payment excess)
