Job Description

You will be responsible for operation and management at each Hotel Villa Fontaine store. While valuing teamwork with the staff, we will operate the store with the aim of becoming a hotel of choice for customers.

 In 2020, two large-scale complex development projects (National Strategic Special Zone Approval Project) will be launched at Haneda Airport and Ariake, and the scale of the project will double. In addition to hotels, this is a large-scale complex project with commercial facilities, hot bath facilities, restaurants, event halls, etc., all of which are attracting attention as new landmarks in Japan. 

In 2022, we built a 56-story large-scale complex tower in the Umeda area, the center of Osaka. It will be a new symbol tower in the Umeda area, which combines urban housing, commercial facilities, and hotels.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

The salary is preferentially given consideration of experience and ability. 

* Depending on your experience, there is a possibility to start with a candidate manager (assistant manager). See below for examples of annual income. 

Bonus: Twice a year (after expiration of trial period) 

Promotion salary: Annual 

payment of full transportation expenses (no change during trial period)

General manager (45 years old): 8 million yen (400,000 yen per month *) Including position allowance + night shift allowance + bonus) 

Manager (manager) 8th year (35 years old): 6.8 million yen (monthly salary of 370,000 yen * including position allowance + store allowance + night shift allowance + bonus) 

Assistant manager (candidate for manager) 5th year (30 years old): 5 million yen (including monthly salary of 320,000 yen * including job allowance + store allowance + night shift allowance + bonus) 

* If store is allocated, store allowance will be paid
