Job Description

For consulting company users who use Cloud Agent, we will conduct business consulting, management work, and customer success. 

[Responsible work] 

-Support work that can produce results through cloud agents- 

 Provision of job information, understanding of the characteristics of the referral company, progress support, and operation of job briefings 

・ Consulting for those who have  little experience in recruitment services- Aim for a consultant who can stably produce results in recruitment through KPI management, follow-up of recruiting customers, and providing know-how in each progress phase. 

・ Lectures and inquiries about how to use the service 

The main job is not “customer support”, but consulting work that assists the customer in achieving their results. 

Commitment to the growth of customer outcomes, and the outcomes that come out will directly lead to your achievements.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Monthly salary 310,000 yen (Breakdown: Basic salary 229,114 yen + Fixed overtime fee 80,886 yen) to Monthly salary 420,000 yen (Breakdown: Basic salary 310,413 yen + Fixed overtime fee 109,587 yen) 

Twice a year (February / August), Bonus twice ( Bonus system introduced from FY2018)
