■’ll leave little by little according to your experience from the HR general operations of the head office.

As a department that overall responsible for the company’s human resources strategy, We plan and operate the main system and various subsystems for recruitment, placement, evaluation, compensation, and human resource development.

The person in charge is not clearly divided by business, but the business is covered by the entire department.

First of all, I will entrust you with the following tasks.

・ New graduate recruitment, mid-career recruitment

, salary labor calculation

, social insurance procedures

, year-end adjustment

, attendance management

, restructuring of human resources development system, planning, management

, internal event procedures

, health checkup

, etc. Contract management

/ work rules and regulations

/ equipment management

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

4 to 5 million yen (including bonus allowance) + overtime pay separately (assuming about 500,000 yen per year) + various allowances

, full monthly salary system

, annual salary increase, bonus year twice (2018 results 5.23 months)
