Job Description

[Details of work] 

・ Salary calculation (consolidation of outsourced data) 

・ Social insurance office work (exchange with company workers ) 

・ End-of-year adjustment, attendance management 

・ Arrangement of moving companies and leasing companies and management of labor contracts , Welfare management, health check, personnel evaluation and operation (once every six months)

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements 

• Labor work experience 2 years or more 

• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel) 

* Assuming that Excel can use VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables without problems

Discretionary labor system & fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime 

pay basic salary: 274,600 yen to 341,500 yen 

Fixed overtime pay: 59,900 yen to 74,500 yen

Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 30 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・ Performance-linked bonuses twice a year (depending on company performance) 

・ Considering existing experience and skills, preferential treatment 

・ Once a raise in salary (according to personnel evaluation), Transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
