Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for legal operations related to global subsidiary control and internal control operations based on the Gold and Commercial Code.

-Legal business related to global subsidiary control- 

Internal control business based on the gold and commercial law 

-Compliance and governance system establishment 

-Communication with overseas personnel 

-Internal control development and operation 

-Global subsidiary management department, lawyer office, the adjustment of the accounting auditor officer changes and local subsidiary, capital increase, office relocation, government agencies procedures such as

The departments to be recruited this time will be the Legal Compliance Department and the Internal Audit Department within the Holding Company that oversees the Group. 

The Group, which has expanded rapidly through aggressive M & A and the establishment of subsidiaries, has urgently needed to establish a corporate governance system in Japan and overseas, to establish, operate and evaluate internal controls, and to strengthen compliance. We are The number of employees of global subsidiaries now reaches approximately 50% of the entire group, and the degree of involvement in global subsidiaries as a holding company is increasing.

11 countries including USA, UK, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, India, etc. 


Can engage in global legal and internal control operations in 11 overseas countries.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Estimated annual income] 5-9 million yen 

* Determined based on work experience, skills and abilities. 

[Monthly salary] 35.3 to 533,000 yen 

(basic salary: 27 to 533,000 yen + deemed overtime fee: only 40 hours per month / 83,000 yen as an overtime allowance fee * 

About overtime work over 40 hours excluding supervisors the premium wages will be paid in addition).
