Job Description

The maintenance, inspection and maintenance of motorcycles sold directly to individual customers. Sometimes we give advice to customers. 

[Main duties] 

-Car delivery / periodic maintenance 

-Carry-in vehicle maintenance 

[Specifically] 

– Battery replacement 

– Carbator cleaning and plug replacement 

– Some brakes, electrical equipment maintenance 

– car delivery maintenance 

– vehicle inspection maintenance 

– motorcycle maintenance Car wash 

– delivery service (truck delivery), etc.


Hiring requirements

Persons with second and third class car maintenance qualifications


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary increase (according to personnel evaluation), transportation expenses (up to a maximum of 30,000 yen), financial award twice a year (depending on company performance), qualification support system, in-house mutual aid association (use of Keihan and various partner services) 

* Qualification allowance 

 Third-class car mechanic (gasoline engine / 2 wheels): 5,000 yen 

 Second-class car mechanic (gasoline / 2 wheels), first-class two-wheeled car mechanic: 10,000 yen
