Job Description

With the company’s direct insurance sales, we will recruit candidates for branch office presidents.

We will conduct training in Tokyo for two weeks each in the first and second months of employment. 

[New establishment of face-to-face direct sales channels] 

The company will establish new channels mainly by mailing materials via the telephone and the Internet, maintenance activities for customers contracted through the direct channel, which is direct sales via the Internet, and guidance on reviewing the contents of existing insurance In addition, I will be in charge of following customers who want face-to-face services when new contracts are made, and developing new sales destinations. 

In fiscal 2020, we plan to expand the system to about 1,000 people at 20 locations nationwide. 

[Annual income] 

10 million yen (35 years old, manager appointment, monthly salary 650,000 yen) 

13 million yen (38 years old, manager, monthly salary 800,000 yen) 

16 million yen (41 years old, branch president, monthly salary 950,000 yen)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Monthly salary: 450,000 yen or more (determined based on experience and previous salary) 

Annual salary increase, Bonus twice a year
