Job Description

We are in charge of the development and operation of RaCoupon, Rakuten’s coupon platform service. 

RaCoupon is a coupon service that can be used with more than 20 Rakuten services such as Rakuten Ichiba and Rakuten Travel. 

Our mission is to use coupons to promote the business of internal and external stakeholders and maximize the pleasure of shopping for customers. 

In this position, you will be responsible for service operations and client technical support. You will be the bridge between a global engineer team specializing in development and an in-house Japanese team specializing in business design to support and expand your products. 

We want to work with those who want to work with a technical background while constantly communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary revision twice a year (June-December) 

(paid by the company and individuals in June-December performance. Joined time pro-rata basis in accordance with the) performance bonuses twice a year

Selection process

Document selection → Primary interview: Department member → Secondary interview: General manager of the composition department → Third interview: Managing director → Appointment 

(It seems that you may meet other members before the interview with the managing director)
