Job Description

You will be responsible for operations related to new store openings of group companies. You will start with what you can do, and eventually you will be involved in a series of operations from acquiring a new store to concluding a contract.

1. Collecting information on properties that can be opened 

2. Property research 

3. Identifying candidate stores that meet store opening standards 

4. Negotiations with owners of candidate store locations 

5. Rental conditions, lots, and construction Negotiations on classification, etc. 

6. Procedures for adjustment and conclusion of contracts

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 million to 7 million 

monthly salary 350,000 to 500,000 yen 

* Since it is considered to have worked for 8 hours for hiring as a supervisor, the following salary is included in the salary. 

・ Overnight work payable for 180 hours a month ¥ 76,640 / month-¥ 109,000 / month 

Salary revision: Twice a year (January / July), Bonus twice a year (July / December), Commuting expenses (3 (Up to 10,000 yen)
