Job Description

You will be responsible for assessing and purchasing damaged vehicles. First, in order to increase the number of suppliers, contact an automobile repair shop, car dealer, or sheet metal factory to collect information. We have prepared a database and system so that inexperienced people can make assessments.

This is because the customer himself / herself does not know when and how many damaged cars will be delivered to the customer. For that reason, when a damaged car arrives, it is necessary to remember that

. In addition, when you are battling with a competing business, you need to consider which one will sell the damaged car, so the depth of trust is important. Please work patiently to deepen your relationship of trust.

▼ Visiting customers We 

check the condition of vehicles, such as the status of damaged vehicles, age and vehicle type, using the assessment system, and negotiate the purchase price. 

There is a database, but if you send a photo of the car by e-mail, senior members in the company will give advice and support from time to time. 

▼ Contract at a purchase price based on the appraisal and 

then sell through an auction site operated by the company. If you can maintain a trusting relationship with your customers, you can lead to a stable contract. 

* Since the clerk is in charge of various tasks such as changing the name of the purchased car, the sales department is in charge of 

 sales, so the business can concentrate on the purchase business.

Hiring requirements

No educational background! 

Inexperienced students and second graduates are welcome! 

[Mandatory requirements]

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Those who have experience in customer service or sales as a full-time employee 2. Those who have an ordinary car license (If you are limited to AT, you need MT after joining the company) 

* 1 car per person lending the (gasoline, high speed fee full payment)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Fixed salary 275,000 yen 

per month + incentive * Incentives will be paid based on the monthly sales of purchased vehicles. 

* The above salary includes fixed overtime 20 hours / 38,000 yen. Additional payments are added. 

[Monthly income] 

6 months of employment (27 years old) / Monthly salary 530,000 yen (monthly salary 270,000 yen + incentive 260,000 yen) 

[Annual income] 

1st year of joining the company / Average annual income of 430,000 yen (including training period) 

2 years of joining the company Eyes (27 years old) / deputy chief / annual income 5.58 million yen 

joined 2-4 years / branch manager / 8-9 million yen
