顧客の業務課題の解決をする為に、コンサルタントとして、本質的問題の発見、業務プロセスの整理、AI技術を利用したデータ解析方針策定、全体解決策の提示、システム導入サポート、業務プロセスの再設計をしていただく行うポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容
顧客課題全体にフォーカスして、AI技術（KIBIT）を含めて課題解決を提案・実施するポジション。
顧客の業務課題の発見・整理　～　最終的な課題解決までのサポートを行っていただきます。具体的業務は次のとおりです。
・顧客との会話を通しての本質的な業務課題の発見・整理
・課題解決までの計画策定
・AI技術を利用方針策定
・具体的なシステム要件の定義（AI精度検証方針策定含む）
・業務プロセス再設計
・運用開始支援

【事業内容】
人間の機微を理解し、欲しい情報をいち早く見つけ出す人工知能エンジン「KIBIT」の開発、
ならびにその活用支援サービスを展開する、東証マザーズ/米国ナスダック上場企業です。
国際訴訟や不正調査支援の他、ヘルスケアやロボット事業など、
ビッグデータ業界に様々なソリューションを提供しています。

1. 主力サービス
　1）リーガル事業
　　民事訴訟をはじめ、PL訴訟、特許侵害訴訟や、カルテル調査など
　　独占禁止法に関わる調査が避けては通れないハードルであるグローバル企業に対し、
　　証拠の特定、収集、提出、及び予兆監査までをカバーするディスカバリ総合支援サービス。
　　※ディスカバリ（証拠開示）とは、被告・原告の双方が証拠を開示する米国訴訟独特の制度。

　2）新規事業
　　デジタルマーケティング、ヘルスケア、ビジネスインテリジェンス、
　　この3つの事業分野を柱に、人工知能を活用した情報解析事業を展開しています。
　　　①デジタルマーケティング
　　　　「KIBIT」に、消費者自身の好き嫌いの判断を学ばせ、
　　　　膨大な情報の中から感覚にマッチしたものを提示することで利用満足度向上を実現するサービス。
　　　「KIBIT」搭載ロボットKibiroの法人・個人向けの提供も開始予定です。
　　　②ヘルスケア
　　　　膨大なデータベースである電子カルテの解析から問診中の会話の分析まで行い、医療現場の業務改善や
　　　　患者が最善の医療サービスを受ける手助けとなる情報を提供するサービス。
　　　　転倒・転落防止システムの販売/提供開始も進めています。
　　 ③ビジネスインテリジェンス
　　　　KIBITに、専門性の高い知的財産部門の担当者や人事担当者、営業マネージャーや
　　　　プロジェクトマネージャーの暗黙知を学ばせることで、分析、予測、傾向といった
　　　　ビジネス上の判断を支援する情報を導き出すサービス。

2. 収益モデル
　上記サービスにおけるプロジェクト受注・運営費。及び、ワンショットでのサービス提供売上。

【必須要件】
下記いずれかを満たす方
1. 業務コンサルティング経験（3年以上）
2. ITコンサルティング経験（3年以上）
3. SIプリセールス経験（5年以上）


【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：700万円～900万円
※前職、経験、スキルなどから、同社規定により決定します。

賞与：年2回（6月・12月）、給与改定：年1回（6月）、通勤手当（月5万円まで支給）

Job Description

■ Recruitment position As a consultant, in order to solve customer’s business issues, discover essential problems, organize business processes, formulate data analysis policies using AI technology, present overall solutions, support system introduction, business This is the position to redesign the process.

The artificial intelligence “KIBIT” developed independently by FRONTEO can learn tacit knowledge such as a person’s experience and knowledge and derive information at the same level as that person.

■ Specific business content 

Position that proposes and implements solution of issues including AI technology (KIBIT), focusing on overall customer issues. 

Finding and organizing customer’s business issues-Support will be provided until final issue resolution. Specific operations are as follows. 

・ Discovering and organizing essential business issues through conversations with customers 

・ Developing plans to solve issues 

・Developing AI technology usage policies 

・ Defining specific system requirements (including formulating AI accuracy verification policies) 

・ Restoring business processes Design / operation start support

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

Those who meet one of the following requirements: 

1. Business consulting experience (3 years or more) 

2. IT consulting experience (3 years or more) 

3. SI pre-sales experience (5 years or more)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 7 million yen to 9 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations based on previous job, experience and skills. 

Bonus: twice a year (June / December), salary revision: once a year (June), commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month)

Welfare

Social insurance complete, retirement allowance system, employee shareholding system 

* The following allowances apply to non-managerial employees . 

– Overtime allowance, housing allowance, family allowance.

Holiday

Weekly holidays (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Gyeonghui holidays, paid holidays (10 days granted when entering the company, up to 20 days a year).
