Job Description

You will be in charge of proposal sales for corporations of CX solution “ZETA CX” which is our company’s product. 

It has been introduced into major domestic EC sites, and boasts a distribution value of 1.3 trillion yen and a continuous usage rate of 98%. 

1. Examples of major companies that have  e- commerce sites for customers 

Ito-Yokado, Yamada Denki, TSUTAYA, Lawson HMV, Mitsui Fudosan, etc. 

2. Products “ZETA CX” series of products (https: // zetacx .com /) 

 It is used on EC sites as a product search / in-site search engine and product recommendation engine. 

 The “hospitality” mechanism, similar to actual stores, is highly regarded, and the continuation rate after introduction is 98%.

3 About sales methods and processes 

 ・ Approach to those who exchanged business cards at seminars and EXPOs ・ Handling 

 inquiries from 

 customers ・ Following existing customers and responding to additional orders 

 * Average period from initial approach to ordering is 3 months ~ About half a year. 

4. Other supplementary information 

 First, use half a year as a guideline to absorb product and industry knowledge. 

 After joining the company, we will visit existing customers and new customers together with senior employees for the first six months, and perform the 

 incidental work.

■ iPad (32GB) is loaned 

to iPad applicants for free. Although we confirm this at the time of joining the company, you can apply for borrowing even after joining the company.

16th and 17th floors. Different vendors are available. 

■ Free water server, espresso machine, coffee maker 

can be used freely during working hours.


■ Full payment 

is provided separately from the basic payment for transportation expenses . 

■ Social insurance (health insurance / employment insurance / labor accident insurance / welfare pension) 

Since you are a member of the Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Association, you can receive the benefits that come with it. 


30,000 yen will be paid separately from the basic allowance for study allowance . All employees are eligible. 

Cannot be combined with borrowed company housing system. 

■ Borrowing company housing system (rental assistance) If 

certain conditions are met, the rent will be halved (up to 50,000 yen). 

Cannot be combined with study allowance. 

■ Can 

be used if specific property conditions are met. There is an interest incentive of 4% per year.

Leaves that are not attending work are treated as paid, but they are not subject to the annual paid days held by each person and are not deducted due to absence from work.
