Job Description

As the company’s store renovation supervision staff, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the renovation of the PPIH Group facilities (existing UNY stores, etc.) and supervising and arranging them.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) 

2. Experience in design or construction management 


1. Architect qualification

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 4 million yen to 8 million yen 

Monthly salary: 280,000 yen to 575,000 yen 

* Fixed overtime for 30 hours per  month (5,290,000 yen to 10,855,000 yen per month) is included in the monthly salary. 

Salary revision twice a year (January / July), bonus award twice (July / December), commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen)
