Job Description

Focus on major general advertising agencies to support proposals, update products / share cases, and expand sales of in-house advertising products. We will also develop new advertising products based on customer needs.

– Sales to major general distributors (seminar implementation and meetings for sales promotion).

– Effects analysis of advertising distribution data.

– Planning and execution of sales strategy for advertising products.

– Production progress of advertising creatives. 

– Team Understanding member resources, issuing appropriate instructions/schedule management for sales organizations, managing progress/sales and costs, etc.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

Anyone who meets the following requirements: 

Experience in advertising sales or advertising agency (more than 2 years). 

Experience in advertising operations.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income 4 million yen to 6 million yen. 

Bonus Yes (Financial bonus).

Welfare

・House allowance: 30,000 yen/month for those living within 4km. 

・Commutation allowance: paid if living outside the 4km area (upper limit of 20,000 yen / month).

・Moving allowance: 90,000 yen for those who move within 4km when entering the company Provision of various              social insurances, regular health checkup (once a year) , internal events (societies, training camps, etc.), free drinks /        confectionery (including Nescafe Dolce), in-house study sessions, book purchase assistance, lunch system (in-house      ¥ 1,000 per person for lunch meals).

アカウントプランナー

【配属部署】
8名（男性：3名/女性：5名）
・20代を中心としながらも、大手総合代理店、大手DSPベンダー出身のクリエイティブ領域、アドテクノロジーに精通したスペシャリストが揃っています。

大手総合広告代理店様を中心に、提案支援、製品アップデート/事例共有を行い自社広告プロダクトの拡販を行います。また、顧客ニーズに基づき、新規の広告プロダクトの開発も行って頂きます。

【具体的な業務内容】
・大手総合代理店へ営業(販売促進のためのセミナー実施や打ち合わせ)
・広告配信データの効果分析
・広告商品の販売戦略の立案と実行
・広告クリエイティブの制作進行
・チームメンバーのリソースの把握、適切な指示出し
・営業組織のスケジュール管理、進行
・売上やコストの管理など

想定年収 400万円 〜 600万円
