経理職

海外事業の本格化に伴い、海外企業との連携等、英語を駆使して経理業務のできる方を募集します。
事務系の総合職として、経理に関わる幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

■仕事内容
経理業務全般
財務会計
税務申告
決算業務（特にM&A をした海外企業の連結決算業務） など

■このポジションの魅力
・初年度から海外企業とのやりとりをお任せします。
・入社時は年 1 回程度の海外出張を予定。その後はご経験活躍を見て出張頻度を増減します。
・北米やオーストラリアでの連携や買収を進めており、今後も組織を拡充していく予定です。

《ヘーベル建材について》
「ヘーベル」とは、軽量気泡コンクリートという建材のことです。断熱性、軽量性、耐久性、耐火性などさまざまな分野で高い性能を発揮する複合性能を持つ素材で、ヘーベルハウスには床・外壁・屋根などにすべてこのヘーベルが使われています。
ヨーロッパで生まれたヘーベルの技術を日本の気候や風土、地震が多いという環境に合わせて進化させ、独自のパネル構造を持つ「ロングライフ住宅」を商品化しています。

2.事業モデル
　1)　新築請負事業：ヘーベルハウスやへーベルメゾンの供給
　2)　不動産関連事業：マンション開発(アトラス)を含む土地や建物などの資産活用へのソリューション提供
　3)　リフォーム事業：住宅価値の維持向上を実現するリフォームとメンテナンス
　4)　その他の事業：コンサルティングからファイナンス商品の提供まで住宅取得と資産活用をトータルにサポート

海外事業の本格化に伴う増員です。

■必須条件
・海外での経理の経験を持つ方
・語学力（英語）が堪能な方 (TOEIC800 点以上）

■歓迎のスキルや経験
・公認会計士・米国公認会計士・税理士 ・弁護士の資格を持つ方
・海外のお客様や現 地法人とのや り取りの経験のある方
・連結決算業務経験のある方

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
【給与】
月給22万3000円以上＋賞与（年2回）＋各種手当
※経験・年齢・能力を考慮の上、決定します。
※時間外手当は別途支給します。

《年収例》
850万円／35歳、月給＋各種手当＋賞与
1000万円／45歳、月給＋各種手当＋賞与
※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

Job Description

When joining the company, overseas business trips are scheduled about once a year. After that, we will increase or decrease the frequency of business trips based on experience.
