経理業務をご担当いただきます。

■詳細：
（1）現金出納・伝票処理・支払業務・原価計算、原価管理・固定資産管理・監督官庁への諸手続等
（2）合理化推進運動（コストバスターズ活動）等
※担当となる業務は、経験を考慮した上で決定します。

●会社の特徴：圧倒的なマーケットシェアを誇る住宅建材TOPメーカー年間約80万戸といわれる戸建住宅に用いられる外装建材で、ケイミューのマーケットシェアは約35％を誇る、非常に製品力の高い会社です。国内の４戸に１戸はケイミューの屋根。実はみなさんが日ごろ目にする製品です。

【事業内容】
屋根材、外壁材、雨といの開発・製造・販売をトータルに展開している。特にスレート屋根材、窯業系サイディングの分野で高いシェアを誇る。主力の新築住宅向けの商品をはじめ、リフォーム分野、小中規模施設・店舗分野への取り組みに注力している。

【必須要件】
経理業務経験者（メーカーでの経理業務経験者は歓迎します）
＊若手・中堅層のリーダーとして経理業務を担っていただき、
ゆくゆくは全社の管理業務をお任せできる方を求めています。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：380万円～550万円（残業代及び諸手当除く）
※経験、前年収、年齢に応じて同社規定により決定します。

＜モデル年収：契約社員時＞
30歳：410万円（月給24万円）
35歳：510万円（月給30万円）

昇給：1回／4月　賞与：7月、12月（業績、評価によって変動あり）、通勤手当（同社規定による）、契約社員としての更新はありません（正社員登用制度あり）、正規雇用時の待遇：月給数千円～1万円程度、賞与で1か月程度分年収が上がります。（年30～50万程度UP）
