Job Description

The company, which produces and sells small batteries that are indispensable for the operation of portable devices such as notebook computers and mobile phones, organizes the department as a manager of the accounting department. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Summary of monthly / quarterly / annual financial results 

2. Analysis of changes in financial figures and reporting to executives in quarterly financial results 

3. Summary of preparation of disclosure materials at the end of the year 

* Improvement of profitability Mission. Understand the health status of the company from the numerical aspect and report to the executives. Responsible for leading role in restructuring accounting structure

Battery pack manufacturer that mainly handles secondary batteries (rechargeable batteries). We do not wholesale products as they are, we design our own factories and manufacture design battery packs and chargers tailored to our products. With its own factories in Japan and overseas, it can handle not only mass production but also small lots. We consistently take charge of design and production for product development and provide value-added products together with sales and technical departments. We are also expanding into new business such as in-vehicle batteries and residential power supplies. 

Since it is a consistent process from battery evaluation to manufacturing, it has the advantage of being able to handle highly safe products.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Management experience in accounting department 

2. Nissho bookkeeping examination level 2 

3. Consolidated financial experience.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 7 million yen to 10 million yen 

Monthly salary: 500,000 yen ~ 

Bonus results: Twice a year (actual: 2.2 months), Commuting allowance: Upper limit of 50,000 yen / month (provided based on company regulations) 

Overtime pay: None (No payment for management supervisor).


Social insurance (health, welfare pension, employment, occupational accident), retirement allowance, No overtime Day (every Wednesday).
