Job Description

It is to maximize the value of the site that is produced in-house by Cubic.Eventually, I would like you to lead the team as a business manager.

Specifically, you will achieve the following two points:

  1. Realize by using advertisements (using Google ads / Yahoo! Sponsored Search, etc.).
  2. Realize by developing (finding and executing) new media.

[Specific operations]

・ Market (market / competition) research aimed at the growth of LPs in charge.

・ Analysis, planning, planning and execution of media growth plans.

・ PDCA for media growth.

・ KPI setting. 

・ Predictive management. 

・ Progress management. 

・ Resource management. 

・ Problem management.

・ LP planning / improvement proposal.

・ Data analysis (by using tools).

・ Client negotiation.

・ Coordination with team members.

・ New entry genre and new business possibility research, etc.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements]

■ Minimum half year experience in advertising operations at a web company in the most recent main business.

■ Minimum six months experience in using advertising operation tools in the most recent main business.

■ Basic knowledge of web marketing (terminology, business flow, concept, etc.).

■ Experience linked to results through team management.

■ SEO implementation experience of own or other company’s Web media for media growth.

■ Media growth experience in our business domain.

■ Practical experience with management tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
