Job Description

As the administrative staff of the group, he/she shall be responsible for all operations associated with the establishment of overseas subsidiaries and overseas store openings.

1. Proofreading, binding and preparation of contracts (including articles of incorporation and resolutions) associated with the establishment of corporations.
2. Storage of contracts after signing.
3. Arranging company seals.
4. Contracts of renewal.
5. Translation work (English-Japanese).
6. Salesman support.

[Career Steps After Joining ]

After joining the company, seniors will lecture about the entire work, so you can learn how to proceed in about 3 months. Each time you deal with a project, the range of work expands and you can have various experiences.

[Hiring requirements]

Those who have the following:

1. Legal work experience, knowledge of contracts.
2. TOEIC 800 points or higher or equivalent English.
3. Japanese level N2 or above.
4. Certain level of operation of Word, Excel.

Plus points:

• Judicial scrivener, Administrative scrivener qualification or examination experience, real estate sales experience, residential land transaction manager qualification, experience in store development in restaurants and retailers nationwide.

[Treatment conditions / sales bonus]

• Estimated annual salary: 3.5 million yen to 4.5 million yen.
• Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 320,000 yen.
  * As fixed overtime for 30 hours a month, the monthly salary includes 44,000 yen to 57,500 yen per month. (Separate payment)
  * Determined based on previous salary, experience, and hope.
• Salary revision twice a year (January / July), bonus yearly twice (July / December) Commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen).
