【ポジション】
アフターサービス

看板ブランドである「ヘーベルハウス」「へーベルメゾン」の竣工後のアフターサービス全般に携わって頂きます。

【業務内容】
竣工後の物件の定期点検業務や不具合が発生した場合の対応を行なって頂きます。

＜具体的には＞
・定期点検（1、2、5年、以降5年おきに実施）
　　例：住宅の基礎や外壁、内装電気設備、水まわり、屋根など
・補修の業者手配
・見積もりの手配
※定期点検は1日に2～3件程度（1件の訪問は1時間半から2時間）となります。

【特徴】
・定期点検を入居の3ヶ月後、1年後、2年後、5年後、以降5年毎に実施するヘーベルハウス。時期に応じてお客様のもとへ訪問していただきます。
・高所（屋根等）での作業が発生するため、梯子の昇降もございます。
・請負業務（部品交換や小額のリフォーム工事）だけでなく、PCでの事務作業による報告書や見積作成手配業務も行っていただきます。
・震災の発生時などに、お客様から連絡がなくとも、フォローの連絡を入れるようなときもございます。

《ヘーベル建材について》
「ヘーベル」とは、軽量気泡コンクリートという建材のことです。断熱性、軽量性、耐久性、耐火性などさまざまな分野で高い性能を発揮する複合性能を持つ素材で、ヘーベルハウスには床・外壁・屋根などにすべてこのヘーベルが使われています。
ヨーロッパで生まれたヘーベルの技術を日本の気候や風土、地震が多いという環境に合わせて進化させ、独自のパネル構造を持つ「ロングライフ住宅」を商品化しています。

・普通自動車第一種運転免許

【歓迎条件】
・住宅の点検業務、メンテナンス業務の実務経験を持つ方（業界不問）
・建築系の有資格者または資格取得のために勉強中の方

1年0ヶ月

【雇用形態補足】
1年毎に条件を見直し、契約を更新いたします。正社員登用はございませんが、物件は増えていく一方ですので、長期的な目線で働いて頂きたいと考えています。

【給与補足】
※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。

上記月給のほか、経験・スキル等による加算がございます。
■年収例：520万円（2年目／月給33万円＋時間外手当）、670万円（7年目／月給42万円＋時間外手当）

Job Description

You will be involved in all after-sales services after the completion of the “Hebel House” and “Hebel Maison” brands. 

[Business description] 

After the completion of construction, we will perform periodic inspection work and respond to any troubles. 

Specifically,periodic inspection (1, 2, 5 years, conducted every five years later) 

Example: housing of foundation and exterior walls, interior electrical equipment, plumbing, such as the roof 

of skill in the art arrange and repair 

arrangements, estimates 

* Regular inspections are about 2 to 3 times a day (one visit is 1 hour and a half to 2 hours). 

Characteristics

・ Powerhouse that conducts periodic inspections every three months, ten years, two years, five years, and every five years thereafter. We will visit you depending on the time. 

・ Because work in high places (roof, etc.) occurs, there is also a ladder up and down. 

・ In addition to contract work (part replacement and small-scale renovation work), you will also be required to perform report work and estimate preparation work through office work on a PC. 

・ In the event of an earthquake disaster, there are times when you will receive a follow-up notification even if you do not contact us.

Hiring requirements

・ First class driving license for ordinary automobiles 

・Those who have practical experience in housing inspection work and maintenance work (no matter the industry) 

・Being studying for a qualified person in the building system or obtaining a qualification Direction
