Job Description

■ Agricultural production managers 

①Contracted cultivation and farmer management , contracted cultivation management , management guidance for contracted growers, grower management guidance for organic JAS and G-GAP , construction of cultivation technology Data arrangement, testing, planning and implementation of cultivation for farming 

・ Maintenance of farming equipment 

② Other, in-house farm cultivation, harvesting work (about 10% of all work) 

This recruitment background is our main product “Blue The business will expand as sales of soup grow. Currently, we are requesting raw material production from contracted farmers, but we have received orders that exceed the production volume, and we are trying to create a system that enables stable supply by operating our own farm. Among them, in October last year we started operating 20 ha of our own farms (4 people), but we are considering further business expansion (40 ha) this term, and the number of employees will increase accordingly. Would you lend me your power to expand our business? 

* In the fall of 2017, the production capacity of the Kumamoto Plant will be doubled (a plant of the same size as the current plant is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2017).

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Pay raise once a year, bonus twice a year

2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays, refresh vacation, summer (9 days / 2017 results), year-end and New Year (9 days / 2017 results), paid, keikei, etc.

Selection process

[First selection] Personnel personnel interview, written examination (scholastic ability and aptitude) 

[Final selection] Department head, officer interview 

* Interview will be held at Kumamoto Factory, Tosu Headquarters, Tokyo Branch, Osaka Branch, Hakata Branch . 

* Round-trip transportation expenses (including accommodation charges in some cases) will be paid if you come to the final interview from a remote location.
