同社の人工知能「KIBIT」を活用した開発案件について、成果物の品質向上や効率化を図るためのチームリーダーを担当します。
標準化など開発基盤を整え、品質の平準化や向上・開発の効率化を促進させることがミッションです。

1. 品質標準化に関するチームリーダーと実作業
・スケジュール管理
・課題管理
・メンバーへの指示　など
2. 社内外（開発メンバー・開発ベンダーなど）に対する、標準化に関する説明などの各種調整
3. システム開発における成果物のレビュー
・設計書
・ソースコード　など

人間の機微を理解し、欲しい情報をいち早く見つけ出す人工知能エンジン「KIBIT」の開発、
ならびにその活用支援サービスを展開する、東証マザーズ/米国ナスダック上場企業です。
国際訴訟や不正調査支援の他、ヘルスケアやロボット事業など、
ビッグデータ業界に様々なソリューションを提供しています。

1. 主力サービス
　1）リーガル事業
　　民事訴訟をはじめ、PL訴訟、特許侵害訴訟や、カルテル調査など
　　独占禁止法に関わる調査が避けては通れないハードルであるグローバル企業に対し、
　　証拠の特定、収集、提出、及び予兆監査までをカバーするディスカバリ総合支援サービス。
　　※ディスカバリ（証拠開示）とは、被告・原告の双方が証拠を開示する米国訴訟独特の制度。

　2）新規事業
　　デジタルマーケティング、ヘルスケア、ビジネスインテリジェンス、
　　この3つの事業分野を柱に、人工知能を活用した情報解析事業を展開しています。
　　　①デジタルマーケティング
　　　　「KIBIT」に、消費者自身の好き嫌いの判断を学ばせ、
　　　　膨大な情報の中から感覚にマッチしたものを提示することで利用満足度向上を実現するサービス。
　　　「KIBIT」搭載ロボットKibiroの法人・個人向けの提供も開始予定です。
　　　②ヘルスケア
　　　　膨大なデータベースである電子カルテの解析から問診中の会話の分析まで行い、医療現場の業務改善や
　　　　患者が最善の医療サービスを受ける手助けとなる情報を提供するサービス。
　　　　転倒・転落防止システムの販売/提供開始も進めています。
　　 ③ビジネスインテリジェンス
　　　　KIBITに、専門性の高い知的財産部門の担当者や人事担当者、営業マネージャーや
　　　　プロジェクトマネージャーの暗黙知を学ばせることで、分析、予測、傾向といった
　　　　ビジネス上の判断を支援する情報を導き出すサービス。

2. 収益モデル
　上記サービスにおけるプロジェクト受注・運営費。及び、ワンショットでのサービス提供売上。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 開発標準（コーディング規約など）の作成など、品質向上や標準化に関する経験
2. チームリーダー経験（3名以上）
3. システム開発の実務経験（設計・製造・テスト・リリース）
4. IT業界での経験年数（10年以上）
5. 語学力:日本語ネイティブ

【尚可】
下記資格をお持ちの方
1. 応用情報技術者試験
2. 高度情報処理技術者試験

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：650万円～750万円
※前職、経験、スキルなどにより、同社規定により決定します。

賞与：年2回（6月・12月）、給与改定：年1回（6月）、通勤手当（月5万円まで支給）

Job Description

For development projects that utilize the company’s artificial intelligence “KIBIT”, I will be in charge of team leaders to improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables. 

Our mission is to develop a development infrastructure such as standardization, and promote quality leveling, improvement, and development efficiency. 

<Artificial Intelligence “KIBIT”> 

The company’s original artificial intelligence. It correctly understands human subtleties (implicit knowledge, senses, and judgments) that cannot be conveyed in words, and supports human judgments in various social scenes. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Team leaders on quality standardization and actual work / schedule management / issue management / instruction to members 

2. Various adjustments such as explanations on standardization for internal and external (development members, development vendors, etc.) 

3 Review of deliverables in system development , design documents , source code, etc.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. Experience in quality improvement and standardization, such as the creation of development standards (coding rules, etc.) 

2. Team leader experience (3 or more) 

3. Practical experience in system development (design / manufacturing / Test release) 

4. Years of experience in the IT industry (10 years or more) 

5. Language skills: Japanese native

Those who have the following qualifications: 

1. Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination 

2. Advanced Information Processing Engineer test

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 6.5 million yen to 7.5 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations based on previous job, experience and skills. 

Bonus: twice a year (June / December), salary revision: once a year (June), commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month)
