★On-call is not possible because the backup system by the attending doctor and affiliated medical institutions is substantial!

★Because we operate a pharmacy, we have perfect medication management!

★ nursing and care of business because of the complete division of labor system, there is no long-term care services, such as diaper changing

■General health management such as medication management and vital check for each resident

※ Nursing work such as physical assistance is dedicated to care staff There is no nursing service such as changing diapers.

◆We will introduce ladder training for each job type and provide individual guidance tailored to individual skills.
