Job Description

At the store, BMW or MINI will be sold to individual and corporate customers. 

1. About customers 

 Individual customers who come to the showroom (mainly executives such as managers,doctors, and asset managers) 

 * After joining the company, they will be in charge of new customers, but the percentage of existing customers will be half in about one to two years Will exceed. 

2.Products 

 1) BMW, MINI * 3 million to 20 million yen per vehicle 

 2) Others: Maintenance, parts, accessories (including insurance) 

3. Sales process for new and existing customers Perform sales activities. 

 Specifically, 

 ・ Guidance to new customers who visited the store 

 (hearing of customer needs and explanation of products, advice on purchasing and car life) 

 ・ Recommendation of test rides / Estimation of quotations / Trade vehicle assessment / Registration procedures 

 ・ After delivery After-sales service such as periodic inspections and vehicle inspections / Telephone calls to customers, email correspondence  / outside travel, visit customer’s home to check the status of your car (long-term trust is necessary so that you can speak again when changing trains) ) 

 ・ Cleaning of showrooms, exhibition cars, and test rides 

 * The number of visitors to the showroom is around 5 on weekdays and about 30 on weekends. 

 (There is no new diving business.) 

4. About incentives and unit sales 

The average incentive is about 3 to 4 million yen / year (the unit sales are 4-5 units / month on average)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary of 200,000 yen or more (including sales allowance) + incentive 

* The above is the minimum guaranteed amount. Preferential treatment will be given after careful consideration of experience and achievements. 

Salary increase: once a year (April), bonus: twice a year (June, December) 

[Reference annual income] 

30 years old (6 years experience): annual income 8 million yen / monthly salary 250,000 yen + incentive 4.25 million yen (BMW 

35 units sold annually) 35 years old (8 years experience): annual income 10 million yen / monthly salary 270,000 yen + incentive 6 million yen (BMW annual sales of 65 units)
