Job Description
In addition to the group company Oki Electric Honjo Factory, you will be in charge of administrative staff related to building renovations and service work in the Honjo area.
[Specific work]
1. Planning of various construction and service work (cleaning, planting, etc.)
2. Planning / estimation / construction management work associated with the above
[Mission]
OKI Proserve Honjo Branch Co., Ltd. Based on the trust of the factory’s local community, there are opportunities to receive orders for various repair work and service work from companies and individuals in the suburbs, and the OKI Honjo area itself is composed of multiple buildings, and it has been 50 years old. Therefore, large-scale renovation and renewal of buildings and facilities due to aging are scheduled as appropriate.

Because it is possible to plan and propose the construction itself, and to be consistently involved in maintenance follow-up, it is possible to acquire various experiences reflecting the individual’s motivation, to acquire and improve various techniques I can do it. It is also an active work environment for opportunities for skill improvement.
TREATMENT CONDITIONS AND SALARY BONUS
At the time of hiring, you will be hired as acontracted employee for 6 months, and if you agree, you will be appointed as afull-time employee. (It is positioned as a trial period)
