Job Description

In theBusiness Development Department, we will leave the planning and implementationrelated to M & A. 



[Specific business] 

1. analysis,planning, implementation and presentation of the following area 

-M AndoA 

-capitalalliance, jointventure, divestiture 

2.post-merger integration (PMI) 

PMI: ofbusiness integration, business integration, conscious integration 3 Refers tothe integration process after a staged M & A (merger / acquisition). 

3.Subordinate management

Salaryrevision: Twice a year (June / December), performance bonus: Twice a year (June/ December * paid based on company and individual achievements, apportionedaccording to the time of joining)
