Job Description

In the company’s business development department, you will be involved in the acceleration of multiple businesses, from discovering business ideas and business managers to starting up businesses and growth.

1. Institutional design for new business creation and planning and management of related events 

(in-house business contests, etc.) 

2. Planning brushup, business plans in each business, KPI design, marketing plan, sales plan, etc. 

3 Business feasibility study (feasibility study) 

4. Funding planning and execution support 

5. Business development skill improvement support for each business manager (teaching / coaching) 

6. Common knowledge for the above to function autonomously Accumulation and system development

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 5.7 to 7 million yen 

Monthly salary: 349,300 to 425,500 yen 

* Negotiable . Determined according to company regulations after considering experience and ability. 

* Estimated annual income is the actual amount including the latest bonus, not the guaranteed amount. 

* Fixed overtime is paid as an extra overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours per month. The time allowance for over 40 hours is paid separately.

Basic salary: 266,900 yen to 325,100 yen 

Fixed overtime: 82,400 yen to 100,400 yen 

Bonus twice a year (July, December * depending on performance), full transportation expenses
