Job Description

You will be responsible for business planning in the BPO business. In terms of management, you will be responsible for income and expenditure management, and in terms of planning, you will develop new business from marketing. This is a core position for expanding business to read business management issues from data and derive solutions. 


The mission is to create a system that produces “quality” and “profit” and a solid management system to further expand the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business.

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 million yen to 8 million yen + incentive 

* Preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability. 

[Annual Remarks] 

・ The annual salary includes the fixed overtime monthly fee of 64,000 yen (in the case of annual income of 3 million yen) to 127,000 yen per month (in the case of annual income of 6 million yen). 

・ For overtime work exceeding 45 hours, additional annual salary is paid in 12 parts, commuting transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
