Job Description

Depending on your experience and needs, you will be responsible for any of the following tasks related to OS (outsourcing) linked services. 

<Concrete work> 

1) OS-related work rule development 

2) Internal adjustment 

3) Manual preparation 

4) Data aggregation / analysis 

5) Temporary work management / training 

6) Applicant support 

7) Business improvement

<1 Flow of day> 

AM: Applicants’ correspondence, business instructions to temporary staff / temporary employees (telephone reception, e-mail, personal information registration, sales department inquiry, etc.) 

PM: Business progress management and instructions, various manuals and rules-related materials Creation, data aggregation and analysis 


Maximize the value provided to customers in career recruitment and support by demonstrating synergies 

2. CA (Career Advisor) 

Business as a full-time CA linked to the OS, I will be in charge of following job seekers as a dedicated career advisor from explanation of application guidance. Based on the target process and number of decisions committed to each company, the following operations are performed. 

<Concrete duties> 

1) Business accompanies (hearing) 

2) Attracting customers (manuscript improvement, seminars, scouts, etc.) 

3) Interviews and follow- ups of job seekers 

<1 day flow> 

AM / PM: Work as a full-time career advisor Sales accompanies, interviews with job seekers, meetings with sales departments, etc. 


Reinforcement of deep sales and organizational sales to major companies (Thorough PDCA cycle in each area and individual company)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income for the first year: 4.1 million yen-6.2 million yen 

Monthly salary: 187,000 yen-236,000 yen
