【募集背景】
増員

[必須]
・エンジンマネジメントシステム、ハイブリッドシステムでの適合もしくは評価業務の経験
・顧客先にて自発的に仕事を進めていける方
・オープンで相互コミュニケーションができる事
・日本語はネイティブレベル、日常会話レベルの英語でのコミュニケーション

[歓迎条件]
・ボッシュのエンジンマネジメントシステムの経験
・適合ツールにおける知識と経験
・OEM顧客内での業務経験

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

・ Experience in engine management system, hybrid system adaptation or evaluation work 

・ Customer who can work spontaneously 

・ Open communication is possible 

・ Japanese is native level, daily conversation level Communication in English 

[Welcome Conditions] 

・ Experience with Bosch engine management system 

・ Knowledge and experience in calibration tools 

・ Work experience within OEM customers

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

* Raise once a year (January) 

* Bonus twice a year (summer / winter)
