Job Description

At the Tokio Marine Group’s road service callcenter, a call from a customer who is having trouble with a car such as “Ihave a tire puncture …” Please respond to. 
[Details of work] 
Telephone reception (about 10 to 15 cases /day, 10 to 15 minutes per case, increase in incoming calls during consecutiveholidays and bad weather) 
Confirmation ofcustomer’s name and insurance coverage 
Checking the status of troubles, 
wreckers according to the situation, arrangements for alternative means oftransportation ,input to the system, etc. 

You can learn what you need after joining the company, and support afterassignment. 
The training period is 6-7 months. 
After learning the basics of telephone handling, car and insuranceknowledge, system operation, etc. , through classroom lectures androle-playing, you will gain more practical knowledge and skills through OJT andadditional training. 
After assignment, you can learn step by step with team support. 
Along with the same training, you can make friends who can share your worriesand problems.
