Job Description

While exchanging opinions with the president andsenior managing director for the expansion of Anrakutei, we will work with thedepartment heads of the company and work to improve the operational level ofeach department and project of the company with a sense of speed. Settingof departments according to management movements and needs, recruitment ofhuman resources and setting of remuneration system, business design, follow-upand facilitation of business of departments, setting of cooperation of multipledepartments, manager’s work status grasp and qualitative quantitativeevaluation, With regard to management practices such as departmental businessevaluation, we will advance the company in the form of supportingmanagers. There will be multiple management assistants assigned to eachteam, who will be responsible for themes such as improving organizational productivity,improving asset management efficiency, promoting human resource development,and marketing, depending on your experience and strengths. 

Upgrading various stores 
Promoting projects  Upgrading 
the business content of each department in the sales department
Business status management within the department in charge 
Education and management for eachdepartment
