Job Description

As a group manager of the Compliance Group, you will be engaged in a wide range of labor-related tasks.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

1. Labor Bureau experience 

2. Some knowledge of dispatching law or ability to catch up

Experience in mediation and collective bargaining

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 6 million yen to 800 yen
