Job Description

You will be entrusted with all aspects of management planning, including the formulation of management plans, which are the core of the company’s management that is accelerating growth. 

[Specific operations] 

・IPO preparation 

・Funding (various finance) 

・Formulation of medium-term management plan 

・Financial settlement, budget management, tax support 

・Responsibility of securities firms / audits

Hiring requirements

[Required (MUST)] 

– One of the following experiences: IR experience or business planning experience at operating companies, 

– working experience in the investment banking sector, working experience in the consulting industry 


・Practical experience in IPO preparation 

・Work experience at startup companies and Internet service companies

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– The salary is based on company regulations. 

– Monthly salary is divided into 12 annual income, transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
