・ Selection of recruitment targets and arrangement of personnel requirements
・ Employment planning, activities, reflection, selection of recruitment methods and negotiation with external contractors (human resources introduction, media, events, referrals, etc.) and selection operations (Examination of documents, interviews, practical examinations, etc.)
・ Proactive approach work such as follow-up of candidates, closing, offer interviews, etc.
・ Promotion / improvement of evaluation system to increase the satisfaction and motivation of on-site employees, and career advancement Consultation of worries such as promotion and planning of human resources and education systems that consider the environment, planning and implementation of work style reforms to improve the work environment, mental care and career advice for existing employees.
* Those who have any of the following experience (required), HR recruitment experience, sales at a recruiter company, or career advisor experience (about 3 years), experience in education management as a field manager in the restaurant business (3 years) Degree) (Although HR inexperienced is also possible)
