【1】大手メーカー・研究所への提案（BtoB)
世界トップレベルを誇る日本のメーカー様の抱えている課題を聞き出し解決していただきます。研究職の方を提案することによって課題解決を行います。（ヒアリング～提案・交渉までを担当）
【2】研究職の方への提案(BtoC)
候補者様が成長できるフィールドを提案していくことが目的です。日々変わりゆくモノづくりの業界の中で、一人一人の強みを生かしスキルアップをしていけるような環境を提案していただきます！
【3】マッチング
企業様と候補者のマッチングを行っていきます。どれだけマッチング率を高められるかは、「あなたの交渉力次第」です！！
【4】就業後のサポート
自分の担当研究職の方のサポートも行います。長期的な人間関係の構築が必要となります。

【年収】400万円～(みなし残業52時間分を含みます)
【昇給】あり（毎年５月）

Job Description

purpose is to propose fields where candidates can grow. In anever-changing manufacturing industry, we will propose an environment where youcan improve your skills by taking advantage of each person’s strengths! 
[3] Matching 
companies and candidates will be matched. How much you can increase thematching rate depends on your negotiation skills! ! 
[4] Post-employment support We will provide support for 
your research profession. It is necessary to build long-termrelationships.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

[Monthly salary] 250,000 yen ~ 
[Annual income] 4 million yen ~ (including 52 hours of deemed overtime) 
[Raise] Yes (May every year) 
[Bonus] Twice a year (total average: about 4 months)
