Job Description
Through KPI setting, monitoring, and thoroughanalysis from lead to churn, it will be an important position to become acontrol tower for scientifically expanding the SaaS business.
Collaborate with marketing team and sales / customer success to proposestrategies from numerical data. Under the management, you will promote thebusiness strategy / sales strategy as the representative’s right arm.
Performance progress management (weekly,monthly, quarter, yearly) for business content / targets
・ CRM analysis, KPI measureexamination, planning, execution to achieve targets
・ Recording action records for each sales /customer success Based on practical practice, plan improvement measures,
create management materials, create
statistical data, create
budgets, set target figures
