Job Description

This position will contribute to the growth of the organization through human resources as a business partner of the Narita Factory, Kansai Factory, and Operations Department. Collaborate with departments to set up and analyze organizational issues and to plan and execute solutions. In addition, we will be responsible for coordinating some of the administrative work within the factory. 

[Human Resources Generalist] 

・ Organization design, verification of appropriate personnel and planning 

・ Human resources recruitment (full-time, dispatch, part-timer) and introduction training 

・ Retention of human resources 

・ Inventory of employee skills, consultation on 

performance development , performance management and performance evaluation 

and wage management (salary increases, bonuses, hourly rate) 

, attendance management, review and planning of the work system 

, Employee relations

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・ Monthly salary (* Actual salary = Monthly salary x 12 months + On-target performance bonus + Overtime allowance) 

Monthly salary includes overtime 30 hours + fixed-time overtime allowance equivalent to 5 hours at midnight. 

If the actual time exceeds, the difference will be paid. 

・ Performance bonus: Annual payment in March (15 to 10% of the basic bonus) 

・ Salary revision: Once a year January 

・ Increase / decrease may be adjusted from the salary example in consideration of the current income and interview results.
