Job Description

The Narita Factory processes fresh salmon products that cannot be made (products that are not frozen) and ships daily to mass retailers and convenience stores. In response to a variety of circumstances, such as variations in the number and size of fish landing at Norwegian and Canadian farms, postponement of airmail due to weather, and changes in orders, we have shipped without missing items. 

The production coordinator is a key position to deliver on-time products that satisfy customer orders in order to deliver fresh and safe products to customers in the Kanto region in a timely manner. Responsible for scheduling and follow-up from calculation of raw material quantity to product shipment at the factory, and coordinating with customers, delivery companies, sales departments and processing departments. 

[Details of business] 

1. Arrangement of raw materials 

 ・ Receiving and organizing orders from customers 

 ・ Calculating the required number of raw materials (size, quantity) and ordering to the person in charge of purchase 

 ・ Understanding the quantity of raw materials including products in transit 

2 . Production schedules create and modify corresponding 

 • Creating a production schedule and follow-up 

 reflected in the production schedule and the raw material number of orders due to the Order change 

 delivery time adjustment of the • Customer 

3. report created collection and reporting of-production data (processing performance, Yield)

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

· Persons who have work experience such as coordinating their needs between customers and factories or departments 

· PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Can be used) 

・Those who have no resistance to reading and writing English e-mail (mainly reports) 

[Welcome requirements] 

・Those who have experience in production management at a food factory or sales at a logistics company. 

・Those who can follow the work with responsibility carefully until the end ・ English speaking ability is better.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

■ Monthly wage system (* annual salary = monthly salary x 12 months + performance bonus + overtime allowance) The 

 monthly salary includes overtime 30 hours + fixed pay overtime allowance equivalent to 5 hours late at night. If it exceeds, the difference is paid. 

■ Performance bonus: Annual payment in March (15 to 10% of the basic bonus amount, 22 to 12% in 2015) 

■ Salary revision: Once a year (8.6 to 1.2% in 2016) 

■ Defined contribution corporate pension (Over 3 years of service).

Year 121 days (factory calendar by. Either the weekday daily basis for Saturday, Sunday)
