Job Description

Responsible for supervising engineers and field agents for telecommunications work. 

[Details of work] 

Implementation of construction management work on site for construction projects such as road systems, fire fighting systems, disaster prevention systems, etc., by the Social Infrastructure Solutions Division. 

・ Contract form: Main contract work 


・ Medium-scale projects can be achieved easily by managing the site on their own with technical and man-hour support system. 

– It is easy to produce results for construction management sites with relatively few issues by joint work with a related customer who has been enjoying Oki Electric Industry for many years and a primary subcontractor accustomed to construction. 

・ You can expect regular employees to be hired and career advancement to managers depending on their abilities and achievements.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. Experience in supervising the field as a supervisory engineer, chief engineer or on-site agent for telecommunications work. 

2. Supervision engineer qualification or chief engineer qualification for telecommunications work. 

If you are qualified as a chief engineer, please attach a certificate of chief engineer work experience.  

3. Ordinary car license

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

The form of employment is contract employees. 

Although it is a one-year contract, the renewal decision will be made in consideration of the working conditions. 

The contract may be extended until the age of 65. Depending on your age, working conditions, and skills, you may be appointed as a regular employee. 

The treatment result is up to 8 million yen per year, but it is decided after the interview depending on the skill / age.
