Job Description

You will be responsible for the following operations as production management of the company. 

1. About customers Sports apparel companies 

2. Brand / item major outdoor brand products

1) Production planning: Early detection and resolution of bottlenecks in production plans assembled by sales representatives 

2) Order management: Proper order management and prevention of unnecessary troubles 3) Specification instructions: Properly communicate, share, and procure and produce information and specifications such as raw materials and accessories desired by customers 

4) Progress management: As required Te to check the progress, to share and resolve the problem that you are experiencing 

5) quality management: in raw materials and sewing of whether the customer meets the quality standards that require confirmation 

6) cost management: salesperson We strive to keep costs within the required range

・ We have no overtime days on Wednesdays (except the first Wednesday). Monthly overtime hours are about 30 hours on average for the entire company. Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: Those who 

have production management work experience at a manufacturer or trading company (assuming more than 3 years) 

・ Language (Chinese), specification translation, explanation to factory.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 4 to 4.5 million yen, annual salary system (12 installments) * Includes 30 hours of overtime allowance (816,000 to 918,000 yen per year) in the annual salary * Overtime allowance for over 30 hours per month is provided separately 

Commuting allowance (scheduled fee for the cheapest route), regular employee appointment test system 

[Contract period] 

Contract renewal is performed on June 1 every year, so the contract period in the first year is renewed from the date of joining the company until the end of May. After that, it is from June 1 to the end of May of the following year. 

Maximum number of years of employment: 5 years in total (up to 5 years from the date of hire)
