Job Description

This is a private tutoring school for small and high school students who proposes and proposes a curriculum tailored to each student, and is responsible for all work related to classroom management. 

[Specific work] 

1. Learning guidance for elementary and junior high school students 

2. Counseling interviews for students before entering a school (sales interviews) 

3. Career guidance 

4. Training guidance for part-time teachers 

5. Management of number of students and attendance (management perspective) management activities) at

A one-to-one and one-to-two class entrance individual tutoring school born from Shonan Seminar.

1. Since the administrative assistant is resident,

Hiring requirements

Expected annual income: 3,740,000 to 7,410,000 yen (monthly salary: 250,000 yen, included various allowances)
