Half a year after joining the company: As a staff member, you will learn about cleaning and security operations. 

1 year after joining the company: We will decide the role in charge while judging the suitability and leave the work to you. Three years after joining the company: Depending on your efforts, you will be involved in new and special projects.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] Those who meet one of the following: Sales experience 

/ Building management-related work experience 1 year or more 


Ordinary car driving license (AT limited)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income 3.5 million yen-5.6 million yen 

Monthly salary 250,000 yen-400,000 yen 

* As a fixed overtime equivalent of 40 hours per month, the monthly salary includes 592,000 yen-94,000 yen. * Excess portion is provided separately 

* Determined with full consideration of ability, experience, previous salary, etc. 

Salary revision twice a year (January / July), bonus award twice (July / December), commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen)
